Purchase And Access
All effects can be previewed for free. Recording videos and taking photos with Pro effects requires NTRX Pro: a monthly or yearly subscription, or a one-time lifetime unlock.
Prices are shown in the app and in the Apple purchase sheet before you buy. They can differ between users, for example by country or by when you first downloaded the app.
How Do I Restore My Purchase?
Open the About tab and tap Restore Purchases, or tap Restore Purchases on the NTRX Pro screen. Use the same Apple Account you used to buy. If NTRX Pro still does not unlock, email us.
How Do I Cancel My Subscription?
Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, choose NTRX Cam, and tap Cancel Subscription. If NTRX Pro is active, you can also go to the About tab, then About Subscription, then Manage Subscription.
Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid the next renewal. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. Apple instructions: Cancel a subscription from Apple
How Do I Get A Refund?
Payments are processed by Apple, so refunds are requested from Apple. Apple instructions: Request a refund from Apple
Why Is An Effect Unavailable?
Effects marked LiDAR need an iPhone with a LiDAR scanner (iPhone 12 Pro and later Pro and Pro Max models). On other iPhones these effects are shown but cannot be used.
Depth effects do not work with the ultra-wide lens, because it has no depth data. Effects marked with a person icon need a person in the frame.
The City Effect Cannot Find Me
The live 3D city effect in the Cities group needs location access, Precise Location, and an internet connection. Check Settings, then Privacy and Security, then Location Services, then NTRX Cam: choose While Using the App and turn on Precise Location. Then tap Relocate.

Where Are My Videos?
Videos you record are saved to the Library tab inside the app. To copy a video to your Photos library, open the menu on the video and tap Save to Photos, or tap Select to save several. Photos taken with the main camera are saved to your Photos library directly; shots from the film cameras stay in their own roll inside the app until you save them.
Videos that are only in the app's Library are deleted if you delete the app, so save the ones you want to keep to Photos first.
Device Heat Notice
Some effects use intensive on-device processing, including LiDAR, depth rendering, segmentation, and realtime GPU effects.
If the device becomes hot, stop recording and let the phone cool down before continuing.
