NTRX Cam App Terms

Use Of The App

Subject to these Terms and the Apple Standard EULA, you may use NTRX Cam on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by Apple's usage rules.

You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the service beyond what is permitted by law, or use the app in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

Subscriptions And Purchases

NTRX Cam is free to download, and all effects can be previewed for free. NTRX Pro unlocks Pro features, such as recording videos and taking photos with Pro effects. NTRX Pro is offered as auto-renewable subscriptions and as a one-time purchase: NTRX Pro Monthly, NTRX Pro Yearly, and NTRX Pro Lifetime.

The price, billing currency, subscription length, and any trial or introductory offer are shown in the app and in the Apple purchase sheet before you confirm. Prices can differ between users, for example by country, by the date you first downloaded the app, or because of a limited offer. The price shown in the Apple purchase sheet when you confirm is the price you pay.

Auto-Renewable Subscription Terms

• NTRX Pro Monthly renews every month and NTRX Pro Yearly renews every year.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period at the renewal price shown in the purchase flow.
• You may manage or turn off auto-renewal in your Apple Account settings after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Canceling A Subscription

To cancel, open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, choose NTRX Cam, and tap Cancel Subscription. You can also open it from the app: About tab, About Subscription, Manage Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid the next renewal. After you cancel, NTRX Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Restoring Purchases

If you reinstall the app or use another iPhone with the same Apple Account, tap Restore Purchases in the About tab or on the NTRX Pro screen to restore your subscription or lifetime unlock. Restoring is free.

Refunds

All payments are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple under its own policies, and we cannot issue refunds ourselves. Apple instructions: Request a refund from Apple

Lifetime Purchase Terms

NTRX Pro Lifetime is a one-time, non-renewing in-app purchase. It unlocks NTRX Pro in the app: recording and photo export with all Pro effects, including Pro effects and features added to the app later.

The purchase is tied to your Apple Account. You can restore it on any of your devices signed in to the same Apple Account with Restore Purchases.

"Lifetime" means for as long as NTRX Cam is offered and supported, subject to applicable law. Canceling a subscription is separate from a refund request; refunds are handled by Apple as described in the Refunds section.

Content And Intellectual Property

The NTRX Cam app, its design, branding, software, effects, visual assets, and related content are owned by the developer of NTRX Cam or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

User Content

You keep all rights to the photos, videos and other material you create with the app. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not receive a license to use or publish it. The app processes your content on your device only to provide its features.

You are responsible for your content and for making sure that your use of it complies with applicable law and the rights of other people, including people you film and any music or other material you use. Your recordings stay on your device; we do not receive them.

Availability And Device Performance

NTRX Cam is an experimental camera effects application. Some features use intensive on-device processing, including camera rendering, depth effects, LiDAR, person detection, gesture tracking, and video recording. Performance may vary by device, operating system, and temperature conditions.

Some effects need an iPhone with a LiDAR scanner, the front TrueDepth camera, location access, or an internet connection, and are not available on every device. Effects and features may be added, changed, or removed over time.

Privacy

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided as is and as available without warranties of any kind, except where warranties cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, or business, arising out of or related to your use of the app.

Apple-Specific Notices

Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support services for NTRX Cam.

To the extent permitted by law, Apple has no warranty obligation with respect to NTRX Cam.

Any claims relating to NTRX Cam, including product liability claims, legal compliance claims, or consumer protection claims, are our responsibility, not Apple's, except as otherwise required by law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the app if you violate these Terms or use the app in a harmful or unlawful manner.

Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above.
